When Should I Book?
We recommend submitting your group travel request 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during peak seasons or for major events. Early planning helps us offer you the most competitive rates, greater availability, and the flexibility to adjust details along the way, ensuring your group’s travel experience is smooth and well-coordinated.

Are you in a group of 10 or more*? Ask us for a quote. This is a no-obligation offer tailored to your group and preferences. * If infants aged 2 and under in your group are traveling on an adult's lap, they are not counted as part of the group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Name changes are permitted up to a certain deadline before travel. Only once ticketed will fees apply. The number of changes and applicable fees will be specified in your agreement.
While our core policies apply to all groups, we do offer tailored services based on group type, such as:

Standard baggage allowances apply based on your fare class. If your group requires additional baggage or special equipment, please inform your group coordinator when booking.
Eligible passengers may earn miles with our loyalty program, Club Tiare. Be sure to add frequent flyer numbers during booking or check-in.

Once your group booking is confirmed, seats will automatically be reserved together as a block, ensuring your group stays close throughout the journey. You’ll also have the option to purchase advanced seat selections, including regular or bulkhead seating, once tickets are issued. These options will be outlined in your group contract. Cancellation policies will be detailed in your contract. In general, cancellations after penalty deadlines will incur fees, but we strive to provide flexibility where possible.
