APEX 2025: Air Tahiti Nui receives two new awards for onboard service and seat comfort

Less than a month after being named APEX FIVE STAR MAJOR AIRLINE 2025, Air Tahiti Nui was honored with two new APEX awards: 2025 APEX Best In Cabin Service and Best In Seat Comfort Award in South Pacific. The awards were announced at the APEX Best In Airline Awards held this Wednesday in Singapour.
The Polynesian airline has been awarded two new titles by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) that celebrates the best international airlines every year.
To that end, APEX establishes an annual ranking based on the ratings given by passengers to their flights. Passengers' feedback is collected via the leading travel-organizing app worldwide, TripIt® from Concur®. This year, these ratings comprised over a million flights operated by more than 600 airlines. Air Tahiti Nui won the South Pacific region awards in two categories:
- 2025 APEX Best In Cabin Service
- 2025 APEX Best in Seat Comfort
The Awards ceremony took place this Wednesday afternoon at Marina Bay Sands, Singapour. The APEX Best In Airline Awards were held during the FTE APEX Asia EXPO, a major event in air transport innovation, bringing together the industry's professionals.

The Polynesian airline thus confirms the quality of its service and its position as a leading international airline. With seats in the colors of the ocean, Air Tahiti Nui also won the 2025 APEX Best In Seat Comfort in the South Pacific. Five years ago, the airline completely renewed its fleet. As a result, Air Tahiti Nui now offers its customers a new standard of comfort, with various types of seat for its three classes of travel: Z300 ZODIAC Aerospace seats in the Moana Economy cabin, Z535 ZODIAC Aerospace seats in Moana Premium class, and Parallel Diamond Collins Aerospace seats in the Poerava Business cabin, all designed for comfortable long-haul flights.
