Make your way to Los Angeles International Airport for your overnight flight on Air Tahiti Nui to Papeete. Add-on fares available from other US cities, please ask for details.
Arrive in Papeete where you’ll be greeted and transferred to the ferry terminal in central Papeete.
Take the ferry to Moorea, an approximately 35 minute ride across the channel.
You'll be met at the ferry terminal and transferred the short distance to the Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Lagoon Resort.
Enjoy three nights at the Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort in a Superior Overwater Bungalow. Breakfast and dinner are included each day.
Half-Day guided 4x4 Safari tour of Moorea including various scenic viewpoints.
After a short ride to the airport, you'll fly from Moorea to Rangiroa on Air Tahiti.
On arrival on the atoll island of Rangiroa, you'll be met by hotel personnel and transferred to the Kia Ora Resort.
Located in the middle of a massive palm tree plantation, the Kia Ora Resort is your home for the next four nights in a stunning Villa with Pool. You'll be sure to appreciate the serenity and privacy of these very special accommodations. Breakfast and dinner are included.
All too soon, it will be time to transfer back to the airport and on to Papeete for your onward journey to Los Angeles.
What you can expect
Visit two distinctly different islands on this seven-night acquaintance of French Polynesia. You’ll start your journey by visiting the relaxed island of Moorea. Both beautiful and savage, Moorea’s terrain is a combination of jagged mountains, green foothills, colorful houses, pineapple plantations and white sandy beaches, all surrounded by the blue lagoon and protective coral reef.
Next, you will travel to Rangiroa, a pancake-flat atoll in the Tuamotu island group, approximately one hour by air. You’ll spend the next four nights at the Kia Ora Rangiroa, which is located on a sprawling palm tree plantation and will offer many opportunities to explore this sleepy, remote island or go scuba diving or snorkeling to explore the lagoon which is teeming with marine life.
